  • 2 tablespoons pine nuts
  • 2 tablespoons golden raisins
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated lemon zest
  • 2 cups prepared rice pudding

Preparation

  1. Stir pine nuts, raisins and lemon zest into rice pudding.
