Creamy Garlic Dressing

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- Freshly ground pepper, to taste
Preparation
- Combine buttermilk, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Parmesan, soy sauce, garlic, salt and pepper in a blender; blend until smooth.
