  • 16 slices fennel
  • 4 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup shaved Parmesan cheese
  • Freshly ground pepper, to taste

Preparation

  1. Drizzle fennel slices with oil. Top with Parmesan cheese and pepper.
