Grilled Red Onions
Grilled onions are a perfect summer side dish for barbecued chicken or grilled steak.

Ingredients
- 4 red onions
- 4 teaspoons olive oil
- Salt & freshly ground pepper, to taste
Preparation
- Preheat grill. Peel onions and cut through the root end into quarters. Toss with oil. Grill, cut-side down, until well-browned and tender, about 5 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper.
