  1. 6 tablespoons curry powder
  2. 3 tablespoons coarse salt
  3. 4 teaspoons crushed red pepper
  4. 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  5. 1 tablespoon ground coriander
  6. 1 tablespoon dried mint
  7. 2 teaspoons turmeric
  8. 2 teaspoons ground ginger

Preparation

  1. Combine curry powder, salt, crushed red pepper, cumin, coriander, mint, turmeric and ginger in a small bowl.
