Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups chopped pineapple
  • 1 cup low-fat milk
  • 1/3 cup lite coconut milk
  • 10 ice cubes

Preparation

  1. Blend pineapple, milk, coconut milk and ice cubes in a blender until frothy.
