Sugared Rosemary Recipe Use these festive-looking sugared fresh rosemary sprigs to decorate any holiday dessert platter. They look especially beautiful alongside a traditional yule log cake.

Ingredients

  • 12 fresh rosemary sprigs
  • 1 cup superfine sugar

Preparation

  1. Dip rosemary sprigs in water, then generously sprinkle with superfine sugar. Let dry on a parchment- or wax paper-lined baking sheet, about 1 hour.

  • Make Ahead Tip: Store in a single layer in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
