Ingredients
- 1/4 cup rice-wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh mint
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh basil
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.
