- 1/4 cup silken tofu
- 1/2 cup frozen berries, or peaches
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- Sugar or honey to taste
Preparation
- Place tofu, berries (or peaches), orange juice and sugar (or honey) to taste in a blender and blend until smooth.
